Salary USD $44.72/Hr. Description and Responsibilities Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who are referred by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Whether it be in a residential setting, day rehabilitation, or in the community, our goal is to provide skills and supports that will enable the individuals we serve to lead meaningful and active lives. The Director of DD Behavioral Services is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all PBS Universal, Targeted an Intensive treatment plans and serves as a key member of the Open Sky leadership team. They provide supervision to interns, registered behavior technicians, BCBA practitioners, provides consultation to programs, individuals served and staff teams as well as cultivate and maintain relationships with families, stakeholders and internal staff. Other Key Responsibilities: + Provide modeling, supervision, and training to all levels of staff, especially related to Positive Behavioral Supports. Provide ABA and PBS training and any training support staff may need with regard to PBS plans and implementation. + Ensure and facilitate tracking of PBS plans within all tiers of PBS and ensure plans updated in accordance with regulatory standards. + Ensure the completion of Referral Risk Screenings for all residential locations. + Collaborate on all in-home behavioral clinical team referrals with the DD Director of Clinical Services to ensure assignment of clinical/BCBA staff to meet each referral’s goals/assessed needs. Qualifications + Masters Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst and previous experience with individuals with brain injury, developmental disabilities including Autism and ID, required. + Prior supervisory experience, required. + Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history, required.
