Director of Development to $155K!

Our client, an esteemed private college, is looking for a Director of Development to join its growing team! In this role, you will be coming into a warm portfolio of business and joining a team that has exceeded all metrics for success with an engaged and successful group of alumni and support. The Director of Development will be responsible for driving an ambitious development strategy and major giving outcomes in a specific region. Specific responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for cultivating and soliciting major gift prospects, conducting a set goal of face-to-face meetings per month, attending advancement events, and assuming additional responsibilities as required. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years of experience fundraising in major gifts, an ability to establish creditability and confidence with stakeholders, meet metrics, exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, and an ability to successfully contribute to the Advancement Team.
