Summary:

Salary will be between $65,000 - $71,000 (based on experience)

As the Director of Development/Fundraising, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to increase financial support and community awareness for our programs in the Greater Tampa area. Your role involves crafting and executing fundraising plans, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing events to meet budgetary goals. Collaboration with staff, volunteers, and local advisory boards will be key in achieving success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising plans to secure corporate, individual, and foundation gifts Establish and manage a fundraising infrastructure supporting various giving strategies and donor stewardship Organize annual signature events and ensure their successful execution Identify, cultivate, and recruit candidates for the local advisory board Participate in community networking events and engage with potential donors Travel to meet and personally solicit donors

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous success in fundraising and leadership roles CFRE certification desirable Non-profit experience preferred Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Energetic, creative, and professional demeanor Proficiency in event planning and logistics Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and donor database software Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Availability for evening and weekend events as required Meet Easterseals Florida driving requirements
