Job Description

Experian Employer Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy across mid-market and Enterprise business segments. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation, accelerating lead generation, and enhancing brand advocacy through the latest digital marketing practices. You will collaborate with, and enhance the marketing team's efforts for digital/social, event, webinar, email, client, partner and product marketing. This leader is important to defining our digital presence and creating a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

Platform and Content Strategy: Oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, community hubs, and more. Use the creation of compelling content including rich media, and user-generated content to flood social channels and enhance brand visibility.Digital Marketing Oversight: Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy, manage marketing websites encompassing SEO, SEM, paid advertising and social media, to dramatically increase inbound leads and sales conversion rates. Lead efforts to evolve and integrate digital tools and methodologies, including AI, into traditional marketing channels to address evolving customer behaviors and buying preferences.Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with other teams in Marketing, Product, Sales, and other Teams, to provide a brand message across all customer interactions. Foster a culture of innovation.Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing: Build and improve programs to increase website traffic and engagement to guide a robust inbound sales pipeline. Design web-based nurture strategies to guide prospective customers through the funnel, driving cross-sell purchases and converting prospects into clients/brand advocates.Analytics and Performance Optimization: Use advanced marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and extract relevant insights to refine strategies. Create marketing performance dashboard reports. Improve return on investment by identifying new ways to engage customers and channel partners.Marketing Technology Stack Management: Develop and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing tech stack to optimize marketing performance and ensure seamless platform integration. Collaborate with corporate Experian Digital Marketing team to ensure management of the marketing technology stack. Tools include Google Ads for paid media campaigns, Google Analytics for performance tracking and optimization, 6sense for account-based marketing and lead scoring, Salesforce.com for CRM and sales enablement, and marketing automation platforms like Eloqua to guide campaign efficiencies. Additionally, use tools such as PowerBi for data visualization, social media management platforms like Sprout Social or Hootsuite, Drift for online web chat, LeanData for lead routing, and content management systems for dynamic website management. Also consider Artificial Intelligence (AI) for personalization of content, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, customer journey automation and nurturing, and scaling marketing functions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management including SEO/SEM, inbound marketing, , and lead nurturing, marketing operations, and tech stack management.Experience in the employer services, payroll, tax, HR compliance and mortgage, rental, and financial services industries.Demonstrated experience working in a complex, matrixed organization, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.Experience in project managementExperience influencing partners across dedicated and matrixed teams.A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or a related field is required. MBA desired.
