Position Summary
We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Digital Product Management to lead a team of product managers and shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our members, customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Mentor: Manage and inspire a team of experienced product managers responsible for the development and growth of member-facing digital applications.Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for the member portal applications, aligning with the company’s goals and member expectations. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities and risks. Develop personalization use cases, segmentation, and back end data needs. Actively promote product vision in internal and external meetings, seminars, town halls, and summits.Drive Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance our products and internal processes, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions for members.Collaborate with Leadership: Partner closely with senior executives, engineering, design, marketing, and other business units to ensure product strategies drive business outcomes.Enhance Member Experience: Leverage data, research, and member feedback to continuously improve our products’ usability, functionality, and performance.Deliver Results: Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality features and updates that add measurable value for members.Ensure Scalability and Compliance: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform adheres to security, privacy, and compliance requirements while remaining scalable and reliable.Monitor and Optimize: Define and track KPIs for the digital platforms, using analytics and member feedback to iterate and refine products.Required Qualifications
10+ years in digital product management in any of the following industries - Health Care , Retail , Finance or Big Technology.5+ years leading digital product teams.5+ years of experience managing and leading mobile and web applications teams.2+ years of experience as a people manager either directly or indirectly managing teams.Preferred Qualifications
Leadership: Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing product teams, including senior product managers.Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, driving both long-term vision and day-to-day outcomes.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with app development, APIs, and digital platform architectures; experience working with Agile methodologies.Customer-Centricity: Deep understanding of member needs, with the ability to translate feedback into actionable product features.Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and measure the success of digital products.Health insurance, healthcare technology, or big tech experience is a significant plus.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
