**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Strategy and Planning to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic programs, managing financial planning and value realization. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic digital programs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement long-term financial and value realization strategies. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
**Strategic Program Management:**
+ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic digital programs.
+ Ensure programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives. o Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources.
+ Define, measure, and drive the realization of value from strategic programs and initiatives. o Lead IT aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems, processes, data, and deliverables.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives that support business growth and productivity.
**Strategic Planning and Value Realization:**
+ Collaborate with technology, business and functional stakeholders to develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support technology transformation.
+ Evaluate potential technology investments and partnerships, providing financial due diligence and risk assessment.
+ Develop and operationalize metrics, frameworks, and procedures to measure the financial impact and value realization of technology investments.
+ Provide recommendations to maximize value of technology investments.
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Computer Science or a related field. MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on leading strategic digital initiatives and M&A integrations.
+ Proven leadership experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, value realization methods, and operational support, in a technology context.
+ Strong understanding of digital technology capabilities, trends, business models, and financial implications.
+ Strong business acumen and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale integration and transformation projects.
+ Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT programs.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience influencing cross-functional leaders and teams.
+ Navigates the organization with tact, builds trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Travel Requirements**
+ 25-50% of the time

The range for this position is $131,000.00 to $235,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
