We have a great opportunity for a  Director of Digital Transformation - Dealer Services & Retail Sales.

 

This will transform the journey for solution selling that includes bundling solutions, guided offerings, dealer processes efficiency, contract management and cost control, sales, and lead management, subscriptions, and e-commerce enabled by data analytics.

 

This hybrid position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois Headquarters and  will report  to the VP of Digital Solutions.

 

      Responsibilities Defining digital strategy for sub-domain areas for service sales together with the team.Work with digital acceleration and product ownership mindset of service sales digital landscape, including: configuration to quotedigital payment servicescontractssubscriptionse-commercepricing analyticsCRMretail sales management Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 14 years of customer experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

Master’s degreeAt least 12 years of customer experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

OR

At least 16 years of customer experienceAt least 6 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
