In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the dining services department, ensuring high-quality food service for residents/patients, employees, and visitors.   Key Responsibilities Menu and Recipe Management: Oversee adherence to menus, recipes, and dietary requirements, preparing meals according to prescribed diets and resident/patient requests. Meal Preparation and Service: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and service of meals, snacks, and nourishments, and assess satisfaction with the food served. Personnel Management: Interview, hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining performance standards and adhering to budget and company policies. Quality Improvement: Conduct audits and rounds to identify and implement improvements in customer service, food production, and dining programs. Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Food and Nutrition Services policies, food safety regulations, and maintain regulatory compliance.   Benefits
