**Job Description**
The Director of Dual Enrollment Programs at Pine Technical and Community College leads initiatives to enhance educational access and career readiness through programs such as Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO), concurrent enrollment, Pine Academy/ITV, and Perkins V. This role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with secondary schools, ensuring compliance with National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnership (NACEP) accreditation standards, and supporting high school-to-college pathways. The director also provides advising services to students, facilitates program innovation aligned with workforce needs, and oversees compliance and budget management for Perkins V initiatives. Through strategic leadership and collaboration, the position aims to foster student success and strengthen secondary-postsecondary alignment.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in education, business and industry, nonprofit management, or a relevant field. A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of work experience.
+ Strong understanding of Minnesota high school graduation standards and dual enrollment program regulations.
+ Experience managing student admissions, advising, and recruitment processes.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
+ Effective communication and presentation skills.
+ Experience in planning and leading joint projects with business, K-12, or other educational organizations with a record of accomplishments.
+ Proficiency in data management tools, both for inputting and analyzing data for decision making.
**Preferred Qualification**
+ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
+ Five (5) years’ experience in a secondary or post-secondary educational setting with an understanding of both K-12 and college systems.
+ Experience within the Minnesota State system or the Minnesota Department of Education.
+ Experience working with Dual Enrollment programs, including PSEO and Concurrent Enrollment accreditation processes.
+ Experience managing Federal Perkins Grant programs.
+ Commitment to supporting a diverse student population.
**Other Requirements**
In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
