JOB DESCRIPTION:
Driven Advantage is the e-commerce marketplace for Driven Brands, serving over 3,500 corporately-owned, franchise, and independent automotive repair facilities and supplying a variety of goods and services, like automotive paint, oil, tools, equipment, and office supplies. The Director of E-commerce Vendor Success is the key link between Driven Brands’ e-commerce marketplace, Driven Advantage, and our growing network of sellers.
Responsibilities
Work with internal and external partners to recruit new sellers and onboard them in an efficient way without sacrificing data quality, assortment, or value
Partner with sellers to build their business on the Driven Advantage through strategic account planning, performance analysis, inventory insights, exclusive deals, events, and new product launches
Develop strategies with sellers to expand selection, improve offer quality and drive operational improvements across their business
Overseeing business performance: Lead annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking for strategic sellers
Conduct deep dive analysis on issues effecting seller business performance and implement corrective actions
Develop strong and trusting relationships with key sellers
Work collaboratively across the organization to solve issues, address pain points and implement growth initiatives
Work directly with sellers to optimize their listings including PDP content, ratings and reviews, ship speed and price competitiveness
Work with Driven Advantage Marketing on seller marketing plans - including events, site placements and promotions - that drive incremental traffic and GMV
Collaborate with internal Driven Advantage team to deliver best-in-class customer and seller experiences
Autonomous Work: Will be responsible for management of the above and action with limited manager oversight
Develop reporting and KPIs on sales, margin, and other relevant metrics to evaluate and drive seller performance on Driven Advantage
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree in quantitative or commercially based discipline preferred.
5+ years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area. E-Commerce experience preferred
Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint required.
Business-savvy, creative approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
Ownership mentality, desire to learn, work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify and assess issues and provide sound recommendations consistent with good business practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
