Dare to make an impact? **What you´ll do** + Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of all educational plans for the Schwarzkopf Professional brand across their respective channels. + This position will be responsible for the annual education and event budgets, along with execution of education plans to support the business's overall objectives. + Work closely with internal teams, customers, and agencies to manage and implement experiential professional and consumer education/event experiences to grow awareness, recruit new consumers, and elevate the brand's educational image. + Lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of experiential brand education and events. + Set education/event objectives and KPI’s as they relate to the overall brand initiatives. + Responsible for overall Education and Production budgets. + Work with direct reports on field strategies, shows, trainings etc., to ensure all goals and objectives for the business are achieved, while maintaining a consistent and premium level of delivery. + Ensure quality and continuity in all customer touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and impact. + Report on key metrics to be delivered for review each quarter. + This position will report into the General Manager or Schwarzkopf Professional US. **What makes you a good fit** + Bachelor's degree, Cosmetology license, or equivalent education preferred + A proven track record of managing curriculum development (for both salon professionals and end consumers) including live trainings, virtual trainings, and digital content. + 10+ years of experience in leading educational and events teams. + Proficient in budget management + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite + Experience working on a global team is preferred **Some perks of joining Henkel** + Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid and work from anywhere policies + Diverse national and international growth opportunities + Globally wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs + Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks + Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares + Annual performance bonus + Comprehensive healthcare including mental health support and 401(k) plan matched by employer + Family benefits including fertility support, fully paid parental leave, caregiver services + 1 day off, sickness leave, holidays, volunteer time off, summer Fridays & more The salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
