Description The Director of Engineering will lead the mechanical engineering department in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The mechanical engineering department develops the design of end-to-end conveyor and sortation systems, producing detailed CAD models and installation drawings, as well as providing technical support for the procurement, production and installation functions. This person is responsible for ensuring department operations and deliverables align with business objectives, meet quality standards, and are completed on time and within budget. They will also foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
