Reporting to the Director US, Corporate Sales, this full-time and permanent position is based in United States (USA) and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates Department and it’s growth
Purpose of Role
The Corporate EAM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value existing corporate accounts. EAMs will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, strategically focusing on maximizing expansion and cross-sell opportunities to achieve individual, team and overall Vistra goals. Vistra’s Corporate EAMs lead our ability to retain and deliver outstanding customer success.
Scope
Responsible for US Corporate Cross-Sell and Expansion to Current Clients
Key Responsibilities
• Foster and maintain meaningful business relationships with assigned Corporate accounts.
• Create, identify, and convert expansion ACV opportunities in assigned accounts to cross sell / upsell across all Corporate solutions and products.
• Meet ACV and NRR targets for the client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain fluency of the Corporate client’s Industry knowledge, common collateral and standards to ensure you meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for an overall book of business to ensure your financial targets are met and exceeded, creating individual strategic account plans for priority customers across the geography.
• Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively apply product and business knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions.
• Utilize Marketing Development Rep to conduct research aiming to better understand the distinct customer profiles within your book of business
• Tailor messaging and communications to effectively articulate Vistra’s value proposition for each customer profile.
• Leverage Subject Matter Experts to utilize their technical expertise & knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions during the time of sale.
• Coordinate with your operations and service delivery teams to stay on top of issues where you need to get involved.
• Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure customers receive best in class onboarding process and white glove service to meet their needs throughout the adoption phase. Ensure you remain the face to the customer through approvals.
• Provide advisory expertise to customer to help develop international expansion plans through industry knowledge and client experience

Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with a professional services firm
• Background in back-office business services sales with specific exposure to accounting, tax, payroll, HR and adjacent services for clients expanding their geographic footprint
• Confident and persuasive communicator who asks great questions
• Excellent presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Solid negotiation skills and proven attainment of large revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of the corporate industry models most relevant to your growth model
• Ability to successfully communicate and influence with all levels
• Ability to develop and grow commercial business activity
• Ability to solve problems and have a proactive attitude
Education and Professional Qualification
• A university degree plus credentials and experience in sales with a proven track record in the Corporate arena
