Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Director of Enterprise Accounts for a major healthcare client. This position can be remote or located in a local Allied Universal office based in Florida.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership role responsible for understanding and collecting data, including but not limited to, Armed Services, licenses, fire protection, risk evaluation, safety, technology, wage collection specifications, and unique Request for Proposal (RFP) requirementsPartners with the appropriate corporate functions to educate and gather accurate information to ensure alignment with Allied Universal’s vision and initiatives (Legal, Risk Management, Safety, Billing, Pricing, Procurement, Human Resources, Benefits, Information Technology)Takes lead with the Portfolio teams Branch operations, and corporate support departments on operational and business development related projects (training, new technology implementation, metrics, etc.)Consults, educates, and provide recommendations to the Enterprise Accounts team by utilizing their operational expertise and experienceAnalyzes data, makes recommendations to improve current portfolio processes, performance, and financial state of account (WinTeam, DOMO, P&L, Wage Reviews/ERI, etc.)Attends project meetings with existing and prospective Enterprise Accounts clients as part of the on-going relationship building processAssist and support Enterprise Account Vice President with other duties and responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

High school diploma or equivalentCurrent driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicleMinimum of six (6) years of operations experience in the security industry in a leadership roleStrong level of understanding of Allied Universal’s operations, client diversity, etc.Solid understanding of all key corporate functions, their roles in the organization, and the ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with key contacts in corporate functionsDemonstrated initiative, adept at handling multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlinesCommitted to delivering high-quality customer service, building client relationships, upholding integrity, and delivering continuous financial resultsProficient in web-based applications and computer systems Including Microsoft Office and able to effectively utilize all available office management technologyDemonstrated ability to collaborate and engage as a leaderAbility to successfully partner with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems for continuous improvementAble to use independent judgement and discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

College degree in business, marketing, protective service, or related field of studyKnowledge of security Industry

BENEFITS:

Base salary: $85,000-$105,000 Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company’s 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
