Bristol Village, located in Waverly Ohio, is a skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area!

We are seeking an Environmental Services Director who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
 

Salary starting at $53,300 and up based on experience

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

Education: Completion of high school coursework or general education requirement certificate.Experience: One to two years of maintenance experience, including the use of a preventative maintenance computer platform.Experience with maintenance/environmental services in a health care setting with knowledge of Ohio fire safety regulations with the Ohio Department of Health preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Interviews, hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates all departmental employees.
• Coordinates with other staff members in assuring quality environmental conditions for the residents and staff.
• Identifies departmental problems and develops goal oriented recommendations for solutions.
• Develops, updates, and documents an effective in-service training program for departmental employees.
• Ensures the availability of supplies and equipment at the most economical means. Reports performance of products and equipment. Teaches staff to use cleaning supplies in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Operates the department within constraints of prescribed budgetary guidelines.
• Develops and reviews master cleaning activity in Environmental Service Department (daily, weekly, and monthly). Ensures activities are accomplished on schedule.
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned departments within constraints of prescribed budgetary guidelines to include accurate and timely payroll submission, HR, A/P, A/R, and billing procedures.
