Responsibilities:
Direct and provide strategic execution and operational oversight, and alignment for global manufacturing Equipment Services (EQS) teams. Develop, manage, and coach the sustainment of key maintenance processes including preventative maintenance and utilization of the Infor system. Work closely with the Directors of Manufacturing to create and execute a global Equipment Services strategy. Serve as a coach and mentor to EQS leaders globally through a dotted line organization structure. Ensure that all equipment maintenance activities comply with regulatory safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
This position requires a four-year college degree and at least 8 years of related maintenance experience. Experience with automation and advanced technology in equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and equipment diagnostic tools. Proven ability to lead internal maintenance teams and manage external maintenance contractors. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong technical background. Experience with budget management and cost control strategies. Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (TPM, 5s, VSM, etc). In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Presentation skills and computer skills should be commensurate with the role. Ability to travel over 20% of the time.
