The Director will serve as a technical expert and trusted resource for their leadership teams working alongside them to embed clinical equity best practices and achieve system regional and business unit equity priorities Through their work the Director will ensure that equity is successfully and sustainably incorporated into policy practice and work culture The Director will guide their designated business unit and region in achieving goals specific to the experience of clinical equityKey AccountabilitiesParticipates in the strategic planning process and the cascading of goals Helps define needs structures approaches and activitiesinterventions and identifies resources necessary to support strategy deployment Ensures vertical and horizontal alignment so that goals are clearly
