Director of EVA
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to Head of Economic Value Analysis (EVA)Conduct comprehensive value analysis for new and existing products or servicesDevelop value pricing algorithms to address new inflectionsConduct and manage pricing related engagements with business unit marketing managers, business managers and salesTranslate hardware and services features into customer benefits and develop robust models to quantify benefits in economic terms for value pricingCoach and train key stakeholders across the company to enhance their understanding and application of value pricing tools and methodologiesDevelop training materials and manuals for web-based pricing tools and marketing best practicesWrite blogs and conduct Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions across company about value pricing methods, tools and techniques and industry insightsEngage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, to communicate pricing strategies, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with overall business objectiveEngage with key BU stakeholders and sales to identify and address specific marketing and pricing needsDevelop and implement product development engine methods and contentConduct in-depth competitive analysis of market trends, customer products and insights to gather customer specific assumptions. Use this information to inform pricing strategies and marketing initiativesWork closely with software development team to scale and enhance web-based applicationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree/Ph.D preferred).Minimum of 15 years of experience as a marketing professional, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing programs/ projectsProficiency in value pricing methodsProficiency in product development methodsThorough understanding of semiconductor processes, process tools and/or  servicesDemonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and driving engagementsExperience working in a business unit marketing, business development or salesStrong coaching and training skills, with the ability to develop and mentor individuals and teamsExcellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation

U.S. Salary Range:

$172,000.00 - $236,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
