Acute care hospital experience required for this position.

This is an exempt position at our Pine Ridge hospital campus.Directs an organization's facilities departmentOversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevatorsWill manage the maintenance of buildings and groundsOversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangementRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of tasksLeads and directs the work of othersReports to CEOFamiliar with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care FacilitiesProficiency with Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety Emergency Management Experience preferredBachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in the field.CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) or equivalent preferred
