Position Summary Under general supervision of the General Manager, manages, directs and coordinates the activities of facility and ground maintenance and repair staff as well as managing and coordinating approved major repairs, renovations, or new facilities projects for the assigned Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise property. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities or Construction Management, or related management field and seven (7) years of progressive management experience in a specialty or general maintenance field supporting at least 100,000+ square feet in total, and/or a combination of properties in a hospitality/gaming environment or comparable facilities environment; or an Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities or Construction Management, or related management field and twelve (12) years progressive management experience in specialty or general maintenance field supporting at least 100,000+ square feet in total, and/or a combination of properties in a hospitality/gaming environment or comparable facilities environment. Facilities Management Certification required. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
