Purpose:
Direct the Facilities Department, including the design, planning, construction, renovation and maintenance of all facilities, properties and building systems. Participate in Neighborcare strategic planning, develop capital plans and budgets based on organizational growth and future needs. Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Neighborcare real estate portfolio and the provision of facilities and services and the procurement of materials and goods.

Primary Responsibilities:
Establishes a multi-year facilities roadmap, including the development of the organization’s capital budget. Oversee the operating budget for facilities, inform the organization’s operating budget related to facilities costs. Ensures the allocation of resources with the goal of keeping facilities, building systems, and properties well-maintained and supporting operations in a predictable and responsive manner. Provides oversight of the real estate portfolio, lease administration, and landlord/tenant relationships. Negotiate leases and real estate transactions. Participate and collaborate in the development of the organization’s strategic plan. Develop long-range capital and facilities plans and oversee the implementation. Contributes subject matter expertise for all facilities-related projects, as well as various organization committees, including meeting with the project managers, removing roadblocks, and re-tooling resources to meet objectives. Oversee the management of construction projects, the opening and closing of locations, and other facilities projects. Stay current on modern facilities management methodologies and strategies, overseeing the development and management of standardized facilities processes and procedures. Collaborates with Compliance on property management insurance, including updating sites, maintaining accuracy, and oversight of claims management. Provide leadership and supervision to the facilities team, creating and maintaining an effective culture in alignment with Neighborcare’s mission and values. Direct the provision of facilities related services and the procurement of equipment, materials and services. Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills:

High School diploma or equivalency. Washington Driver’s License, reliable automobile and appropriate auto insurance. Reliable personal smartphone with voice, text, photo and email access. 6-years facilities, construction and real estate management experience. 6-years supervisory experience.Preferred Education/Experience:

Compensation
The wage range for this position is a minimum of $137,592.00 up to a maximum of $203,923 Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
