About the Role

Manage and oversee the facility and corporate services operation in AIA Building and executive offices in AIA Central. He/She will also give expert advice to all Business units on some special facility projects and evaluation of their performances as needed. He/She shall be able to develop and implement appropriate strategies to optimize the value of the facility asset and enhance operational efficiency with high customer’s satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Establish facility performance targets in form of asset plan/business plan to direct operational strategy based on short and long-term perspectives (20%)Ensure good communication with the customers (including group executives) on their needs and deliver the results in compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, business plans with prescribed deadlines (20%)Improve managed assets’ performances by devising different initiatives such as reduction of operating expenses, enhancement of property services, renovation of aged facilities, energy saving means, etc.(20%)Ensure asset data including ESG related, is captured and report accurately and keep good communication with other stakeholders such as Group Finance/Group ESG to facilitate the accurate booking of assets/expenses/carbon emissions. (10%)Devise and implement relevant preventative maintenance program to reduce system downtime (10%)Conduct churn management in the facilities (5%)Manage all kinds of corporate services for the group including purchase of cars, management of drivers, etc. (5%)Provide adequate and relevant trainings to strengthen team force in accomplishing prescribed objectives (10%)Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

Degree in related disciplines including real estate management, business administration, surveying, facility management or related engineering disciplinesMinimum of 15 years of relevant experiences such as in insurance industry, real estate consultancy, multi-national corporationsMember of professional institutions, preferably RICS or IFMAExcellent communication in English and Cantonese is a must.  Mandarin is preferableBasic IT knowledge on installation of hubs/servers is required
