ITW Food Equipment Group LLC designs and manufactures commercial food equipment for food service and retail customers through its subsidiaries. The company’s products include ware washing equipment; cooking equipment, including ovens, ranges, and broilers; refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, and prep tables; food processing equipment, including slicers, mixers, and scales; and kitchen exhaust, ventilation, and pollution control systems. **SUMMARY**
The Business Development Director is responsible for driving revenue growth in a service-based business by identifying and capitalizing on strategically identified new and existing market segments. Develops annual business plans, conducts market research, and creates strategies to target key customers, increase market share, and tailor service offerings to meet client needs. Collaborates with account managers to align solutions with market demands, prioritizes opportunities, and monitors performance to ensure alignment with company objectives, while maintaining critical client relationships and supporting the acquisition of new business.

The major responsibilities of this role include:

Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities, optimizes product lifecycle management, and provides forecasting, budgeting, and reporting insights to senior leadership.
+ **DEVELOPS TALENT:** Mentors and manages sales teams, ensuring clear performance expectations and offering coaching for success. Designs training programs to enhance skills, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals **.**
+ **COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY:** Uses strong communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders, build relationships with clients and partners, and align internal teams on sales strategies. Fosters collaboration between marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.
+ **DELIVERS RESULTS:** Drives business growth by setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed revenue targets. Continuously assesses performance and refines strategies to ensure teams deliver on objectives and achieve business goals.
+ **COLLABORATES:** Works effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning efforts to execute sales strategies and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Develops and maintains strong internal and external partnerships to drive growth and optimize sales processes.

Education and Work Experience
+ BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field with at least 8 years of progressive business development/sales experience
