Director of Finance

As Finance Director of the first Park Hyatt in Mexico, he/she must be aware of the economic and financial status of the hotel.
In charge of the financial management of the organization. Responsible for financial planning, execution and reporting.

- You will skillfully analyze and monitor the financial operation of the hotel to achieve financial objectives as measured by revenue, profit and RevPAR.
- You will monitor all financial operations, working with the Finance managers to ensure adjustments are made to those operations.
- He will ensure that the work objectives of the Division are placed on the Scoreboard and achieved.
- You will be skilled in the development and use of collaborative relationships and teamwork.
- Shall manage all financial resources of the Hotel: determine how money will be spent to perform the work and account for these expenditures.
- You will need to control all accounting tasks in the area. Cash controls, revenue controls, payment controls, etcetera.
- You will supervise the control of the necessary costs of the company; verifying the best quality at the best cost.
- Perform and supervise the annual budget of the hotel.
- Manage financial reporting, investment portfolios, accounting and all types of financial analysis of the company.
- You will secure financing with banks, suppliers or clients.
- You will make investments, taking into account the optimal benefit for the Hotel.
- Ensure that the budget is met on a monthly basis, checking that there are no significant deviations.
- Ensure that the monthly tax calculation is made based on the guidelines issued by the tax authority.
- Maximize employee productivity through the use of flexible schedules, different functions and different tasks to meet the financial needs of the business, as well as the expectations of the guests.
- Ensure that each consumption and service center operates to maximize profits while delivering on the brand promise.

3 to 5 years of experience in a directive position

Advanced English

Bachelor's degree

Experience in luxury hotels

Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
