Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. + Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel's business goals. + Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and Hyatt standards. + Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives. + Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk. + Collaborate with executive leadership to drive profitability and growth. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. + 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality industry. + Strong knowledge of financial management systems and tools. + Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. + Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments. + Expertise in financial compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
