Jordan Health is now seeking aDirector of Financewho, under the guidance of the Chief Business Officer, is primarily responsible for the accurate reporting of net revenue for all patient billings. TheDirector of Financewill also ensure accurate accounting of all grant funds and maintain compliance with all applicable financial conditions required by grantors. Requirements TheDirector of Financewill ensure to: · Support long and short-term budgetary planning and cost management. · Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis. · Ensure Jordan Health is in full compliance with financial reporting requirements. · Provide grant administration and billing oversight. · Provide management for direct reporting personnel. Education and Experience Required: · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. · A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial role, preferably a health care setting. · Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. · Knowledge of Grant Plains accounting software preferred. · Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail. · CPA preferred. · Analytical problem-solving ability. · Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
