Compensation: $130,000 - $175,000

*This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Position Summary:

Leads and directs everything financial for the assigned areas. Responsible for providing financial and business oversight of management reporting, financial planning and analysis, business strategy initiatives, capital investments and strategic projects. This position is for a high-potential performer who will drive results, develop talent and bring new ideas.   

Position Responsibilities:

This role will:
1)    Partner with leadership team of assigned areas to provide tactical and strategic business financial advice. 
2)    Analyzes and interprets all financial area results (primarily US & Canada Digital Radiography) regularly and recommends corrective actions to ensure AOP targets are achieved/exceeded. Works with other Finance functions and areas to drive business performance.
3)    Lead team, develop talent and evaluates performance of personnel to make sure all responsibilities are being handled appropriately
4)    Ensures timely, complete and accurate closing of the books, forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis of results. 
5)    Works cross-functionally to evaluate the implications of pricing actions, new product launches, and changes in GTM strategy to ensure decisions are in support of strategic goals and objectives
6)    Supports implementation and execution of US & Canada Sales Compensation Plan(s)
7)    Creates cost center budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances and achieves projections through appropriate expense controls
8)    Supports Strategic project initiatives that are unique to the Digital Radiography business or as part of an overall Carestream Health objective

Required Skills & Education: Bachelors, with Masters preferred, in Accounting/Finance Minimum Years of Experience: 7+ in Financial Planning and Analysis and 3+ in Management Highly proficient in Excel, SAP, and Financial Consolidation Software (e.g. BPC) Desired Skills:

MBA Preferred
