(listed at the end of the posting)Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).Position Summary: Provides leadership through financial analysis, management and decision support to assigned areas. Leads and coordinates financial management with the Vice President, division Finance, President/Administrator and finance support staff at Corporate. As an essential member of the divisions Senior Leadership Team, provides management input to improve/maintain performance of Sentara.Responsibilities:Serves as a Finance partner to Corporate Shared Services leaders in identification of cost opportunities as well as strategic initiatives for the division. Responsible for daily financial tasks, financial planning and analysis, oversight of business case development and capital planning and tracking for division. Leads review of department level financials and productivity and provides guidance to operational leaders to drive improvement. Collaborates with cross-department/cross-divisional teams to achieve goals Responsible for providing finance support to for other corporate duties as assigned.
