**Role Overview**
In this critical role, you’ll partner closely with our marketing, sales, and revenue management teams, as well as some operational elements such as food, entertainment and hotel - using your expertise to guide key financial decisions and unlock new opportunities. Your insights will shape strategies, manage spend, and navigate risks to keep us on course for long-term success.

Reporting to the VP of Finance Partnering and Reporting & Analytics, and as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll directly influence the strategic direction and financial vision of Cunard. **Key accountabilities include:**
+ Act as a business partner to various departments, including marketing, sales, and revenue management, as well as some operational elements such as food, entertainment and hotel.
+ Provide analytical support, including trend analysis and financial forecasting.
+ Deliver financial insights and recommendations to help shape business strategies.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of stakeholders.
+ Influence and support teams in managing costs, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks.
+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
**Requirements**
This role demands a blend of strategic vision & technical expertise. We're looking for someone with:
+ Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
+ Extensive experience in business partnering within a large corporate or consultancy environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to create complex financial models.
