Responsibilities:
Responsible for the annual Budgeting and Quarterly targeting processWork with General Manager, Sales team and Operations team on financial processes & measurementsResponsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly financial reporting and review presentationsEnsure timely and accurate financial reportingSupport monthly reviews with Management teams and drive monthly reviews with the World Wide Finance teamsProvide monthly forecasting of the financial & operational outlook vs. the targetsProvide explanation on key business drivers based on the business resultsProvide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlookLead to deploy and manage large deal engagement processWork with Sales/PreSales, Delivery/Tech and broader Finance team (Pricing, Tax, Credit, Account) on large deals during qualification / engagement stageFacilitate deal structure agreement and support all financial requirements when during deployment / delivery stage.Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisionsDrive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business modelsCollaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control postureRequired qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMaster's degree and/or CPA preferred7+ years experience in a senior finance positionProficiency in Microsoft Suite and other business softwarePreferred Qualifications: Extremely knowledgeable in financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial data analysisStrong interpersonal skills with the propensity to successfully foster new and maintain long-standing business relationshipsExcellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiationAbility to multitask, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective and efficient mannerOutstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, and the ability to make important decisions under pressureExpert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision-makerPossess strong leadership skills and business acumen We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
