Director of Finance – Ultrasound North America (Cambridge, B3 Crossing)
Primary finance support to the Regional Business Leader Ultrasound for providing expertise and depth of insight. Oversees the financial and business management of the Operations for ULS NAM.

You have acquired 10+ years of experience in finance and management roles, managing large, heavily matrixed, globally dispersed teams as well as providing direction to the organization, exercising power to influence decision and obtain resources and represents the organization on critical strategic issues.Your skills include proven depth of business knowledge and strong general business acumen, the flexibility to change with dynamic situations and the creativity to overcome problems with solutions, proven ability to marry financial constructs with business knowledge, to partner with general and functional management to drive financially sound business decisions, ability to see synergies and opportunities across a broad business portfolio and to then break this into a manageable plan for execution.You have an MBA or CPAYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You are a change agent that initiates and leads finance staff/teams and stakeholders to or through change. Adept at implementation of change through effective communication and leadership techniques as well as a highly motivated and organized person.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $150,528.00 to$258,048.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
