The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key member of the finance team. This role will be highly visible within the organization as it involves frequent communication with senior leadership, corporate departments and operations.

 

What You'll Do Own the development and execution of the Company’s financial and capital planning processes, including annual financial plan, long range plan and monthly forecast Lead the development of quarterly Board presentations Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support and drive key business initiatives, investment decisions, and resource allocations Lead the annual goodwill and asset impairment test Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on Company performance Communicate results and forecast via oral and written communication to leadership in a clear and concise manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and identify business drivers, market dynamics, and operational initiatives impacting financial performance Support M&A and Investor Relations as needed What You'll Need 10+ years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Advanced analytical and financial modeling experience Curious, independent and proactive thinker with demonstrated record of approaching management with original and creative views on how to improve the business using data-driven analysis Strong financial background including experience with strategic planning, forecasting and integrated financial analysis Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate the story to senior management Demonstrated leadership, team-building and people-development skills Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and meets them with quality and accuracy Effectively collaborates with various teams to gather and analyze financial information Can build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization Highly skilled in MS Office; especially with Excel and PowerPoint SAP BPC knowledge preferred Your Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or other business related field; MBA preferred
