Description We are offering a short-term contract opportunity for a Director of First Impressions in Covington, Kentucky. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure and organized office environment. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect them as necessary • Greet and facilitate the journey of visitors and clients within the office • Oversee and manage visitor security measures • Schedule and manage the use of conference rooms • Ensure timely and accurate communication to staff and clients as required • Manage the receipt of incoming deliveries • Organize and maintain files for easy access and confidentiality • Handle the company's Post Office account • Open and sort in-coming mail, distributing it to the appropriate recipients • Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain records and correspond via email. Requirements • Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is essential. • Must possess excellent customer service skills. • Required to have experience in data entry tasks. • Ability to handle email correspondence professionally. • Strong interpersonal skills are a necessity. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected. • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is required. • Must be adept at using Microsoft Word. • Experience in organizing files is necessary. • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently is required.
