Compensation: $84,200 - $113,700 / year

The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a Director of Food Beverage for a newly created position at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee the premium dining experience at the ballpark, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and top-notch hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing upscale, a la carte operations with a strong background in high-volume environments.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $84,200 – $113,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality

Act as a change agent, driving innovation and improvements across the restaurant

Lead the turnaround and rebuilding efforts, transforming underperforming areas into high-functioning operations Set and communicate a clear vision for the restaurants future, aligning the team with overarching goals Establish accountability standards to ensure consistent performance and excellence Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes More about you A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory Shift details
