As an F&B Director you will leading from the front and guest service comes naturally to you. From employee performance development to guest satisfaction and engagement, you are focused on innovation and efficiencies. **Some of the responsibilities include:** + Lead and oversee five food and beverage outlets including conferencing and banquets. Assisting and developing outlet managers to ensure profitable and thriving offerings. + In tune with your team, you will drive performance and engagement across the outlets and with your direct reports. + Develop strong systems and processes within Food and Beverage for effective communication and decision making. + Drive the F&B revenue strategy and marketing plan in collaboration with the exec leadership team.
