 About the role 
We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Director who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.  This position reports to our Resort Manager & General Manager.  

 

What you will do 

Provide leadership and management for the Food & Beverage Division by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the division and Hotel. 

 

What you bring 

•   College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required. 

•   Five to seven years previous experience in multiple food & beverage department head positions. 

•   Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.  

•   Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.  

•   Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. 

•   Hawaii Food Handler’s Card  

•   Maui Liquor Card  

•  Tuberculosis Clearance

Schedule & Hours 

•    Full time 

•    The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
