Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of FP&A in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities: * Financial Planning Analysis: Prepare, review, and maintain financial models, quarterly forecasts and the annual budget that are unique to various reporting segments within the organization * Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement * Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and general business performance; Build monthly reports to be leveraged in monthly performance review with senior management and PE Sponsor on data-driven insights * Strategic Insight: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and operational improvements * Growth Management: Support and lead financial aspects of business unit expansions and growth efforts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals * Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements * Support the Business Development and M&A teams as necessary * Support business unit leadership, along with management, with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
