Responsibilities: • Oversee the gathering and analysis of financial data for strategic planning and decision making • Develop finance models to support budgeting and planning process • Provide robust financial insights to guide strategy development • Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze financial plans and projections • Create comprehensive and detailed reports to share with senior management • Oversee the development of cost-cutting measures • Manage the financial planning and analysis team Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) • A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant finance roles with at least two as a manager (required) • A proven track record of financial modeling and analysis • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex financial insights • Sound leadership skills The FP& A Manager is a vital role that will drive our strategic planning and decision making.
