We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Front Office to lead our guest services team and deliver exceptional service that meets the high standards of Loews Hotels. In this role, you’ll oversee the front desk, telecom, and concierge services, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience every time. Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.Proven track record of managing and motivating a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.Knowledge of hotel operations, and strong organizational skillsExcellent and demonstrated communication skills: written and verbalOutstanding and proven guest service skillsAbility to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary, requiredExperience with hotel property management systems. Opera Cloud strongly preferred.A Bachelors degree in hospitality management and/or business is preferred but not requiredRequirements:

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and training front office staff, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.Ability to develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures and service standards in alignment with the hotel's luxury brand.Guest Service Excellence:
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and exceeding guest expectations, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and efficiently, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.Operational Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of front office operations, including room assignments, check-in/check-out procedures, billing, reservations, and concierge services.Expertise in using Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar systems).Strong understanding of revenue management and room inventory controls to maximize hotel profitability.Financial Acumen:
Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and handling cash and credit card transactions in compliance with hotel financial policies.Ability to oversee and ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions, including daily revenue and audit processes.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, guests, and high-level stakeholders.Cultural Sensitivity and Multilingual Abilities:
Familiarity with the diverse clientele of a luxury hotel, including international guests and VIPs.Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.Problem-Solving Abilities:
Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and professionally.Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and with a solutions-oriented approach.Professional Appearance & Demeanor:

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $96,000.00 to $120,000.00.
