Job Summary:  

The Director of Global Benefits and Mobility is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of global benefits programs and mobility strategies across the organization. This role will ensure that our benefits and mobility offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The Director will work closely with HR leaders, finance, legal, and business partners to drive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Global Benefits Strategy:  

Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances the employee experience.  

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of health, wellness, retirement, and other benefits programs across multiple countries.  

Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations.  

Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to adjust benefits offerings based on market trends in each country.  

 

Global Mobility:  

Oversee the global mobility program, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and immigration services.  

Develop and manage policies related to global mobility, ensuring compliance with local laws and alignment with business needs.  

Partner with external vendors to manage relocation services, tax services, and immigration processes.  

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on mobility-related matters.  

 

Leadership and Collaboration:  

Lead and mentor a team of benefits and mobility professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.  

Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and other business units to ensure alignment of benefits and mobility programs with organizational goals.  

Work closely with senior leadership to communicate the value and impact of benefits and mobility initiatives.  

 

Compliance and Governance:  

Ensure all benefits and mobility programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.  

Manage relationships with external providers and ensure service level agreements are met.  

Oversee audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  

 

Budget Management:  

Develop and manage the global benefits and mobility budgets.  Monitor costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising program quality.  

 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.  

10+ years of experience in global benefits and/or global mobility roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.  

Deep understanding of global benefits trends, mobility practices, and regulatory requirements.  

Experience with benefits administration systems and global mobility technology platforms.  

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively.  

Expected Salary Range

$142,500.00 - $285,700.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
