About the Role
This role is the Group Leadership specialist for AIA Group’s Leadership and Talent Management function that focuses on developing best leaders in the group to exponentially accelerate our business strategy and execution to the highest standards in the industry.The incumbent is a trusted business partner and strategic advisor who will advise and deliver on Group leadership development initiatives that address future leadership, talent and organizational capability needs.
The role will co-lead and support Director, Group Leadership & Talent Management in crafting AIA’s future-ready Leadership Development strategy focused on top talent, curation, design, vendor management and execution of L3 and L4 learning & talent outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive end to end leadership development cycle – strategy, targeted design, develop best leaders in all AIA markets, vendor management, seamless execution, evaluation and continuous improvement to deliver L3/L4 outcomesDeploy structured and robust leadership assessment standards at AIADrive Leadership Development agenda for the group and partner with BU’s to support their Leadership agendaServe as the learning partner for senior management, focusing on tailoring leadership development solutions to address the bespoke challenges and aspirations of our senior most leadersChampion the adoption of Leadership Essentials (LE) to support the unique culture at AIAFacilitate a community of Leadership specialists from different BUs for alignment, focus and sharing of best practicesLead best practice deployment (lead and lag KPI’s) and advancement in learning design and technology and AI that are driving the future of Leadership Development, impact analysis and insights generationStay up to date on leadership and organization development practices and approaches, as well as developing leaders across culturesMinimum Requirements:
Degree in Business/Human Resources or related field. Certified coach is advantageous20+ years of experience in business, and learning and development HR in a MNC environment, holding at leadership role in regional or global center of expertise (COE) role in Leadership development/ Talent managementAccreditation in Leadership Development & Integrated Talent Management Able to translate business needs into leadership development strategySkilled in designing and facilitating Leadership Development initiativesExperience in driving organizational change and shaping the cultureStrong understanding of leadership and organizational development: models, metrics, trendsStrong people leadership skills- able to develop high performing teamsStrong business acumen, stakeholder management and ability to influenceStrong ability to lead end-to-end group wide projects for timelines, deliverables; and manage stakeholder’s expectations and change management aspectsProficiency in English.
