Director of Group Sales

The Westin Dallas Park Central seeks a driven and innovative Director of Group Sales ready to elevate this beautiful luxury hotel in Dallas, TX. In this role, the Director of Group Sales will maintain, develop, implement, and maximize the business plan with effective strategies through direct sales, digital marketing, and revenue management.  This person will ensure effective internal and external communications with clients, potential customers, associates, and ownership.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales staff through effective oral and written communication while overseeing rate, date, and space commitments for group room sales within the hotel.

Required Skills/Abilities:  

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Group Sales. Marriott Brand experience is highly desired. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
