The Director of Growth will support the Con-Air business unit.  This role will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader who can develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conversion optimization, media buying, user experience, and site operations and will have a proven track record in driving significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities Be a cultural champion demonstrating trust, a bias for action and entrepreneurshipDevelop and execute strategies to optimize and operate revenue channels to achieve target revenue growth           Create CRO process to facilitate rapid testing to identify wins that drive revenue including roadmap, hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring and recommendationsManage multi-million dollar acquisition budget to garner positive ROI for DTC channelDevelop acquisition media plan across both paid and performance marketing channelsManage DTC channel P&L ensuring achievement of revenue KPIsOversee the UX team to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms that drives resultsManage website operations to ensure optimal performance and user satisfactionDevelop & optimize comprehensive sales funnels to drive customer acquisition and retentionLead affiliate marketing efforts to expand the company’s reach and revenue streamsOversee CRM strategies to nurture and grow customer relationshipsDevelop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement Create and manage retention marketing campaigns to improve customer loyalty and lifetime valueDesign and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and salesImplement re-targeting strategies to convert potential customersMap and optimize the customer decision journey to enhance conversion ratesUtilize customer segmentation techniques to target and engage specific customer groupsDevelop strategies for building an engaging target audienceLead and manage cross-functional projects to achieve marketing goalsIdentify and develop strategic partnership to drive growth and expansion

Qualifications Proven experience in a growth marketing role with a strong track record of driving revenue growthExpertise in conversion optimization, media buying, UX and site operationsStrong understanding of funnel creation, affiliate marketing, CRM, social media, and retention marketingProficiency in email marketing, re-targeting, CDJ, customer segmentation, and audience buildingExperience in influencer marketing, project management, team development, pricing, and MARTECHAbility to develop and manage strategic partnerships and loyalty programsExcellent project management and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in analyzing website data and insights using tools like Google Analytics 4, HotJar/Smartlook, VWO and various ad platforms
