As a Director of Software Operations here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing our software operations department. You will provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of software solutions to our customers. Your guidance and expertise will drive the success of our software operations, enabling us to deliver high-quality Go to Market (GTM) software products and services. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our software business growth, driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and oversee the software operations department, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize software delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of software solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyze software operations performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives in a 24X7 support environment.

YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in software operations management or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in software development processes and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
