Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field or equivalent experienceProven experience in a guest services leadership role within the hospitality industryExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong customer focus and a genuine passion for providing outstanding serviceExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsProficiency in hotel management systems and guest service softwareAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Benefits
