You will develop business cases for new well-being initiatives, using our population health data, workforce demographics, and associate feedback to refine your recommendations. You will have the opportunity to attend conferences to share ideas with and learn from other large employers. In synthesizing this information, you will create a roadmap of solutions and ideas to improve various dimensions of associate well-being.
