BrightStar Senior Living is looking for a Director of Health and Wellness to join our amazing team in Mason.  Our Director of Health and Wellness ensures proper clinical oversight and safety of BrightStar Senior Living residents, educates, and provides care and support to residents and their families and provides training/educational opportunities as well as schedules the community’s staff. Position Requirements * Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the State. * Two (2)+ years of experience working in a healthcare role as a nurse, preferably from within a Long Term Care, Assisted Living and/or Memory Care facility. * Current Certification as a Trainer (through the state, if applicable) in classes such as Medication Management, First Aid and Choking, and Standard Precautions is preferred. * Experience in staff scheduling is preferred.
