Our client, a multi-faceted company, is seeking a direct-hire Director of Human Resources to join their busy office!

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of benefits and total rewards packages.Track different budgets, review invoices, and handle vendor payment approvals.Collaborate on training, development, and recruitment priorities.Handle employee relations and engagement.Provide strategic insights and recommendations.Supervise a small Human Resources support team.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Human Resources experience required at the Senior Manager or Director level.HRIS experience is required; ADP experience is a plus!Comfortable as a strategic leader and hands-on day-to-day contributor.Knowledge of employment laws on a federal, state, and local level.Ability to work 100% on-site in Washington, DC.

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary range of $115K-$125K (DOE) with a targeted 15% annual bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.Parking provided at the Washington, DC office.
