The pay range for this position is $135,000 – $155,0000 base salary with the potential for additional earnings through an annual incentive plan. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Human Resources will serve as a key strategic business partner, responsible for the execution of HR strategy in support of business initiatives and outcomes.  Partners with the business leaders on the development and implementation of human resource policies and programs and drives human resource strategy execution, including talent development, succession management, performance management, and employee relations. As a key member of the HR Leadership team, you will directly oversee an HR Generalist and will report into the CHRO.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Partners with senior leaders to understand organizational needs, execute on HR strategy, and ensure overall alignment with business priorities  Conducts analysis of current and future people and skills needs of the assigned client group and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs  Initiates employee/talent development, sourcing and deployment strategies, which support the assigned client group/business unit  Drives culture through consistent and quality execution of performance management, talent management, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and continuous improvement initiatives Manages, coaches, and mentors HR Generalist to ensure proper support of the business Partner with leadership and talent development to support talent programs (strategic talent reviews, succession planning, etc.) that enable leaders and employees to drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus  Acts as a liaison between business leaders and HR COEs to ensure understanding and consistent application and execution of processes, programs, and priorities  Identifies strategies and processes to increase productivity, employee performance, and employee satisfaction. Designs metrics to track effectiveness of these initiatives  Guides, directs, and supports leaders in performance management and corrective action, including investigations  Provides guidance and direction on initiatives, organizational design & restructuring as needed  Provides HR oversight and involvement in merger, acquisition and divestiture activities including due diligence, project management and implementations  Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws and corporate policies/processes  Develop, revise and implement human resource policies and procedures  Lead special and cross-functional project teams  Acts as a change agent, and helps identify/designs approaches to prepare employees for on-going change and transformation  Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission  Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations  Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority  The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.  The duties and responsibilities will be subject to change based on organizational needs and/or as deemed necessary by management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field  Minimum of 8 years’ of professional HR experience supporting clients  Strong consultative skills in a value driven HR model where focus is on being proactive outcome-driver instead of reactive and task-driven  Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams  Proven ability of partnering and influencing at all levels within the organization to develop and implement talent strategies that produce measurable outcomes and drive business results  Ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation towards process improvement and an analytical, detail-oriented perspective   Strong organization and time management/project management skills; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment  Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations  Ability to travel within US as needed   PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:  Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, leadership development and total rewards and recognition  Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook  Working knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP, SAP, ATS and LMS products  Experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures  Experienced project management skills in leading cross-functional teams  Professional certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
