Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000 base salary + potential for performance-based incentives

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be a key strategic partner, driving the execution of HR strategy in support of business initiatives and organizational outcomes. This leadership role will see you partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and talent management strategies that align with Numotion's business goals. You'll help lead HR functions across performance management, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and more.

This role will directly oversee an HR Generalist and report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business priorities and organizational needs. Develop and execute HR strategies to meet the talent and skills needs of the company, including succession planning and employee development. Drive organizational culture through best practices in performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Mentor and manage an HR Generalist to provide strong support to the business. Partner with leadership to implement talent programs, including strategic talent reviews, leadership development, and succession planning. Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure the consistent application of HR processes and programs. Use data-driven metrics to improve employee performance and enhance employee satisfaction. Provide expert guidance on performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and organizational design. Lead HR involvement in merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities, supporting project management and integration. Ensure full compliance with state and federal labor laws and corporate policies. Act as a change agent, preparing employees for organizational change and transformation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, supporting clients. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results. Strong consultative skills in a value driven HR model where focus is on being proactive outcome-driver instead of reactive and task-driven. Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability of partnering and influencing at all levels within the organization to develop and implement talent strategies that produce measurable outcomes and drive business results.  Ability to balance a strategic focus with a strong orientation towards process improvement and an analytical, detail-oriented perspective.  Strong organization and time management/project management skills; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.  Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.  Ability to travel within US as needed. Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, leadership development and total rewards and recognition.  Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Working knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP, SAP, ATS and LMS products.  Experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  Experienced project management skills in leading cross-functional teams.  Professional certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).   Why Join Numotion?
